Drop: Problems – they will squash you.

Keep: Challenges – you will rise to meet them.

Drop: Excuses – they will drag you down.

Keep: Reasons – they will energize you.

 

Drop: Sacrifices – they will make your decisions seem painful.

Keep: Trade-ups – it’s what you gain when you choose long-term benefits over instant gratification.
